How to check the timezone of the lock and ULTRALOQ Air?

Before enabling a temporary user and setting up a time schedule, please make sure the timezone of the lock is the same as ULTRALOQ Air.

If the timezone does not match, the temporary user may not be able to unlock the door.

How to check the timezone of the lock(Air mode required)?

Open the Xthings Home(Formerly U home), choose your lock in the device list, and go to Lock Settings.

You will find the Time Zone option. You can check and change the timezone on this site.

How to check the time zone of ULTRALOQ Air?

The time zone option is on the front panel, you can click to change it.
