A factory reset erases all the users' data from your lock, restoring it to its original, out-of-the-box settings. Any fingerprints or codes can unlock ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Series in the factory default mode.
Reset an ULTRALOQ Smart Lock via the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App
If you paired the ULTRALOQ Smart Lock to the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App, the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App remembers the registered information, and you need to follow the steps below to erase the data from the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App.
Step 1. Open the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App and go to the lock device list on your phone.
Step 2. Select the device you wish to reset and click the Settings menu (gear icon).
Step 3. Scroll down and click Remove Device
Step 4. Choose OK.
Step 5. Go back to the device list to check the lock is removed.
Reset an ULTRALOQ Smart Lock via the Reset Button
Use a Reset Needle to push the Reset Button (at the bottom of the Interior Assembly) for around 10 seconds until you hear one long beep and two short beeps.
