The Door Sensor state displays the opposite of the actual status, or the state remains the same. What should I do?

1. Please follow Installation Guide of the Door Sensor from the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App's guide, then set up the Door Sensor again.

2. Please do not mount the Door Sensor on the kind of metal door that interferes with the magnet inside the Door Sensor(In this case, the door sensor sticks to the metal door magnetically).

3. The Door Sensor should be mounted as close to the edge of your door frame as possible, or within 0 to 1''(25 mm) from the edge, and as close to the bottom of the extended deadbolt as possible, or within 0 to 1''(25 mm) from the edge.

Note:

If the WiFi signal is not very strong, the status of the Door Sensor might be delayed and remain the same as before.
