What is the difference between U-Bolt, U-Bolt Pro and Bolt Series?

  • The extra hub(ULTRALOQ Bridge) is for U-Bolt/U-Bolt Pro and U-Bolt Z-Wave / U-Bolt Pro Z-Wave. There is a built-in WiFi chip in U-Bolt WiFi / U-Bolt Pro WiFi, Bolt Fingerprint and Bolt NFC, no extra hub (ULTRALOQ Bridge) is required.

 

  • Z-Wave Hub is required only for U-Bolt Z-Wave / U-Bolt Pro Z-Wave. If you don't want to use Z-Wave connection technology, you can buy a ULTRALOQ Bridge instead.

 

  • The Door Sensor is only for U-Bolt WiFi / U-Bolt Pro WiFi, U-Bolt Z-Wave / U-Bolt Pro Z-WaveBolt Fingerprint, and Bolt NFC, which can detect door status if paired correctly.

 

Currently, ULTRALOQ Bridge / Locks with built-in WiFi chips can work with Google AssistantAlexaIFTTT, and SmartThings

Only Bolt Fingerprint (HomeKit version) supports Apple HomeKit integration.

U-Bolt/U-Bolt Pro Z-Wave can work with RingHubitatSmartThings, and Home Assistant.
