How to Reset ULTRALOQ Bolt Series to its Factory Settings?

A factory reset erases all the users' data from your lock, restoring it to its original, out-of-the-box settings. Any fingerprints or codes can unlock the ULTRALOQ Bolt Series in the factory default mode.

 

Reset a ULTRALOQ Smart Lock via the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App.

If you paired the ULTRALOQ Smart Lock to the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App, the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App remembers the registered information, and you need to follow the steps below to erase the data from the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App.

Step 1. Open the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App and go to the lock device list on your phone.

Step 2. Select the device you wish to reset and click the Settings menu (gear icon).

Step 3. Scroll down and click Remove Device.

Step 4. Choose OK.

Step 5. Go back to the device list to check if the lock has been removed.

Reset a ULTRALOQ Bolt Series Lock via the Reset Button

Use a Reset Needle to push the Reset Button (under the battery cover) for around 10 seconds until you hear one long beep and two short beeps.
