How to Deactivate A User Temporarily？

This feature is only available for ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Series, Latch 5 Series, Bolt Fingerprint, UL1/Combo, Lever, UL3 BT (2nd Gen), and UL300.

ULTRALOQ UL3 and UL3 BT do not have this feature.

Steps:

Step 1. Open the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App >Choose the Lock > Click the "User Access" to go to the Users List.

Step 2. Choose the user > Click the "Deactivate User" button.
