How to Sync the Log's Time?

If the time is wrong on the Logs page, that means the lock's time is incorrect. Please follow the steps below to sync the lock's time by the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App.

 

Step 1. Open your Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App, choose the lock, and click the "Settings" button.

Step 2. Tap "Device info" and wait until your Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App finishes loading.

Step 3. The time will appear and you can find the time has been adjusted now.
