2. Please ensure the Owner/Manager has enabled you to the lock.
3. Please ask the manager to check if the user schedule has been set up correctly. If the schedule has been set up correctly, please ask the manager to check if the lock and ULTRALOQ Air are in the same time zone.
How to check the timezone of the lock and ULTRALOQ Air?
4. Sometimes, the internet connection is unstable, which may cause the password to delay entry into force. Please wait for 3-5 minutes and try again.
